You can find much better close by.Old rooms that do not get maintained. Sink broken, globes missing, no hot water, old worn out beds, dirty floor, broken washing machine. Maybe I had the only lemon room ?Poor staff service. Eg checking in. Prepaid room with 10mins to get room key and filling out same details on booking.I dont know why it takes 10mins to use a computer to be issued a room key but this hotel can do it. They do it well when its late at night and you need sleep.Noise from hallway doors slamming.3 flights of stairs to carry bags.This hotel has no soul.

Always my go to hotel when in Perth due to its locale. Especially when I get the level 1 B room for long stays. always my home away from home

Stayed on the 10/03/23The room was pungent with a horrific smell of a mix of chemical and aerosol, not at all pleasant or reassuring with a baby which I had put in my reservation notes. Even after trying to air out the room we could still smell it.There was still traces of food left around the microwave and I could still smell someone’s old takeout, I don’t know if the microwave was clean because I couldn’t bring myself to check.Fortunately I brought antibacterial wipes as the surfaces didn’t seem clean and there was visible stains on the couch that I wiped down. There were dark brown red stains on the curtains too which is repulsive.We didn’t feel overly safe as the inside lock didn’t work either. I understand you get what you pay for but the bare minimum wasn’t even attempted to be achieved. I wanted to leave feedback at reception this morning but the staff never asked how my stay was.

We were staying overnight so didn't get a real feel of the place . Having said that the main bits ( bed & bathroom) were good & clean. Basic but that's good really.

Booking, check in and check out were smooth and easy. Lovely receptionist at check in, very helpful and available until 7pm daily. Room was clean with a nice kitchen area, large shower room, TV with Foxtel and balcony. Comfortable bed with good pillows. Food available Mon to Friday. Only issue, perhaps improve door security given the central location. Large car park easy to access and can park directly outside your own apartment. I had read a few poor reviews but this place was a nice surprise and very good value for the location

Enjoyed our stay immensely.Beautiful surronds, friendly staff.Management go out of their way to make sure you are happy.Will definitely be back.

Customer service doesn’t exist.Paying that price to have cockroaches in the draw & bed bugs on the bed, struggling to have another room. The key to get in the hall was broken and got stuck in the padlock, the answer given was: try to play with that and find a way…No helpful at all!!! On the website is advised about a gym, which was nonexistent!Safe broken, clothes from previous guest left in the room!The place is awful…. Be careful!!

I don’t enjoy complaining and don't do it often so I will try keep this review as factual as possible in the spirit of fairness. The quality of this product is severely wanting, we booked a 1 bedroom apartment and checked in at 14:30 leaving no room for excuses of a rushed service for an early check in. After entering the room a strong stale yet sour smell is present in the room. The sofa was seriously damaged, a blanket which very clearly had not been washed between check in’s covered the damage. Dirty foot prints were present on the carpet. There is only 1 aircon in the living area, none in the bedroom, which had not been serviced for awhile evident by the build up of grime inside it. When drawing the curtains we noticed a serious mess was made on the curtain and had simply dried onto the curtain and left this way. All appliances were dirty, hard surfaces had dirt build up, and the extraction outlet in the bathroom had at least months of dirt build up clogging it. Behind my night stand was fruit so old it was now crispy, and the linen on the bed had reached the end of its life cycle a few washes ago. The rooms are very dated and poorly maintained, paint on walls damaged and faded. We booked a 6 night stay, but have made other arrangements and will be checking out early, as the apartment is truly too uncomfortable to stay in and we are not confident that a room change will make us feel more comfortable if this is the acceptable standard.

Incredible, reception helped me while in need. They could have turned me away but instead they were beautiful enough to help me with a discounted room for a week and even gave me food.Incredible experience thank youA++

I found the apartment to be very good value for money; clean, comfortable and suitable to my needs. Rooms all have balconies and although mine faced the highway (studio room) when I stayed at the location previously under Best Western I had a 1 bedroom apartment which had a pool view and for under $20 I could have upgraded which I recommend. Despite the rebrand to Central Apartment Group nothing has changed.
